- Physical copies like CDs and vinyl.
- Digital downloads from platforms like iTunes.
- Streaming platforms where music is played on-demand.

Streaming Royalties
Streaming royalties are earned from music played on digital platforms such as:
- Spotify.
- Apple Music.
- YouTube.
They are divided into two types:
- Interactive Streaming Royalties: Earned from on-demand plays where listeners choose what to play.
- Non-Interactive Streaming Royalties: Earned from services like internet radio or curated playlists.
Both recording artists and songwriters are entitled to these royalties.
