Performance Royalties
Performance royalties are earned whenever your music is played publicly. This includes:
- Live performances at venues or events.
- Radio broadcasts.
- Television shows and commercials.
- Background music in restaurants, bars, or retail stores.
These royalties are collected and distributed by Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) such as ASCAP, BMI, or PRS.
